Our African client’s presence extends through five companies, with direct access to 17 countries. Additionally, they have established a network of partners, distributors, and sub-dealers. Notably, our client is the largest listed company in West Africa and the first Nigerian company to be included in the Forbes Global 2000 Companies list. Over the decades, our client has honed their skills and continues to take pride in efficiently moving water to where it’s needed while minimizing energy consumption.
Dangote, our client, is transitioning from a centralized data and maintenance process to a decentralized setup. This shift enables much-needed self-service capabilities for managers and employees. The goal of this journey is to optimize and streamline numerous processes, moving towards global inclusion. This transformation will empower the company with improved, high-quality data on a global scale, ultimately maximizing business outcomes. Although the integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors was not initially in place, we successfully established the Employee Central model and replicated it for 10 African countries, facilitating payroll operations. Data migration for all business operations was executed through Infoporter. The Employee Central implementation, including the first phase of self-service, was completed with great success. More localization requirements to support regional payroll systems and additional self-service features will be rolled out soon. We continue to provide support as a partner for this African client.
In the Middle East, one of our clients, a prominent oil and gas company, is implementing the full SuccessFactors Talent suite with BB Infotech. They selected one of SuccessFactors’ vendors as the implementation partner. This Middle East-based company also operates in the rig and oil extraction business, with facilities in two different locations.
In June 2019, our client successfully went live within nine months, implementing Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, LMS (Learning Management System), Performance and Goal Management, and integrating multiple payroll systems while also replicating data to SAP on-premise and delivery systems
Our client, a leading cement manufacturing company in the Gulf and a pioneer in sustainable cement manufacturing, acquired a major cement company with 500 employees. The acquired organization had already implemented SuccessFactors, and our client sought to implement it for the new acquisition, including international payroll integration. The larger group had previously implemented SuccessFactors in 2019, and BB Infotech successfully rolled out the solution for this client through one of our partner companies.
The SuccessFactors solution delivered by BB Strategies covers various HCM and SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Goal Management, Performance Management, Compensation, and Oman Payroll with HCI Integration.
Our client operates in the solar power sector and is globally recognized for their solutions in agricultural work, aiding farmers in using solar energy to power their farm tools. We implemented this project as a vendor through one of our SuccessFactors partners. In this project, we implemented several SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Succession, Compensation & Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management, Performance and Goal Management, SAP HCM Payroll for India, Intrastation with Payroll through CPI, and Time solution Positive with time machine integration.
This project is still on track and continues to realize the benefits of a full global HCM solution in the cloud. The SAP Team was also involved in this project.
Another Middle East-based company is undergoing a company-wide and extensive implementation of the full SuccessFactors Talent suite with BB Infotech. This implementation is being carried out through one of our SuccessFactors partner vendors, who was selected as the implementation co-partner.
Previously, our client had implemented Employee Central but was running integrated processes manually between Employee Central and SAP HCM Oman Payroll, maintaining two separate systems. Our BB Infotech team successfully integrated these two systems, Employee Central and SAP HCM Payroll, in a short span of time, and the implementation went live in just 20 days.
